Consumers of raw root of Tejocote are told to consume plenty of water and increase potassium intake.  Every body is different. Although drinking Tejocotea is different than consuming raw root of Tejocote, we do recommend drinking plenty of water because when you detox you are also flushing out toxins with fluids. Increasing your potassium intake may also help prevent any side effects.

Tejocotea has the same weight-loss benefits as raw root of Tejootea but with minimal harsh side effects. We believe our formula and process of making Tejocote gives better balanced results while reducing the harsh side effects some people experience by consuming raw root of Tejocote.

We do not recommend drinking Tejcotea on an empty stomach.

Some foods can contain natural sugars such as bananas, grapes, watermelon, cherries, etc. Always consult your doctor before taking any dietary supplement.

We do not recommend drinking Tejcotea and taking Skinny Root at the same time. Do not take both on the same day.  You may alternate days between the tea and skinny root.  Taking both on the same day would double detox your body and be like taking double the dosage which is not recommended at all.

Yes, the detoxing will make you use the restroom and help flush out toxins out of your body.
